Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, usually just above your belly button. Keep the measuring tape snug but not too tight.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks. Make sure the measuring tape stays level all the way around your body.
Length
Length is measured from the top of the shoulder down to the bottom hem of the garment.
