Shipping Policy
What is the delivery time?
The delivery time consists of two phases:
1. Processing time
Within 1–3 business days after placing the order, it will be checked, approved, and packaged. The package is then prepared for shipment.
2. Shipping time
New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Shipping is handled by the NZ Post.
All delivery times exclude any potential customs delays. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and New Year’s, deliveries may take longer.
What does shipping cost?
Oshen Fashion offers free premium shipping. This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
Where is my package?
After the order has been shipped, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number.
The order can be tracked via the tracking page on our website. To do this, click on “track your order” in the main menu of our website.
For logistical reasons, the order may be shipped in multiple partial shipments.
My tracking number doesn’t work
It may take up to 5 business days for tracking information to update. If tracking still does not display any information after a few days, you can contact our customer service team.
