Information about withdrawal
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 30 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:
-
on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the goods, insofar as you ordered one or more goods in one order and they were delivered at the same time;
-
on which you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), took possession of the last goods, insofar as you ordered multiple goods in one order and they were delivered separately.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by e-mail: support@oshenfashion.com.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this agreement.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 30 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this agreement to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 30 days has expired.
The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by you.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusions and forfeiture of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and are produced based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer;

for the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or have a limited shelf life;
-
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the conclusion of the contract but can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations;
-
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscriptions.
The right of withdrawal lapses prematurely for agreements:

for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been broken after delivery;
-
for the delivery of goods which are, due to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery;
-
for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been broken after delivery.
